The Scandia 40K BTU Gas Sauna Heater is one of a kind and proudly one of the only gas and liquid propane compatible heaters manufactured in the United States since 1964. With this model, you won’t miss out on the traditional experience as the solid rock tray design allows you to transform your sauna into a steam sauna.
This heater is gas or liquid propane fired and floor-mounted with a design that blends industrial chic with practicality, making this a true centerpiece of your sauna. This sauna heater can use either liquid propane or natural gas with a standing pilot light or piezo ignition system.
The 40K BTU model is a great fit for sauna spaces up to 616 ft3, where it utilizes convection airflow to efficiently heat your sauna. Gas heaters are also considered to be more efficient than traditional electric heaters, as they do not require continuous replacement of costly elements. While these heaters are known throughout the industry for their high heat resistance, effectiveness, and durability, you can feel safe in the knowledge that you are covered with a 10-year warranty and a 1-year warranty on parts.
