Shipping Info

Please note that our Shipping times are not usual for most products at this time, due to COVID-19.
 
After purchasing your sauna, you will receive an order confirmation and an order number from us via email. We’ll be sure to share next steps and provide you with all the necessary information for your product updates and shipment tracking info.

All our saunas are hand-crafted and made-to-order, while there are some exceptions, kindly anticipate a 4 - 6 week lead time for us to craft and deliver your sauna. All other in-stock items ship within 2 - 3 business days.

RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY SERVICE

Residential delivery is a standard service that we provide which delivers the sauna unit directly to your residence. 

COMMERCIAL DELIVERY SERVICE

Commercial delivery service is available to any business in the USA at no additional charge. An appointment must be set in order to deliver the sauna as the customer will need to sign for it.

 

DELIVERY POLICY

To enable a smooth delivery process, we require that the purchaser of the unit be present at the time of delivery. The purchaser is required to inspect the packaging for damage, torn boxes, holes, or any other form of visible damage in any of the packaging.  Please do not sign the delivery receipt until you are 100% sure that the product you received is in good condition. We ask this of you as all damage that is noted will be covered by our warranty policy. Any damages that are reported later with no mention of such on the delivery receipt, will not be covered. All packages must be opened within 3 days of receiving them to ensure that the product conforms to your order and is in good condition.
